Born in Ayr, Scotland — the son of an optometrist — Euan studied at Cardiff University, qualifying in 1993, and practised in the Scottish Highlands before moving his family to Halifax in 2010. He has a real passion for eyewear, travelling to international shows in Milan, New York and Paris to curate the frames you'll find in our offices.

Known as John, he took the scenic route to optometry — from electrical engineering to a decorated career as a police officer (with commendations for bravery) before qualifying as an optometrist from Bradford University in 2005. He's practised in Canada since 2010, and brings that same calm, can-do character to every appointment.

Originally from Cambridge, Ontario, Kaitlyn earned her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo in 2019 — after a stint as a varsity and professional volleyball player. She's volunteered providing eye care in Haiti, has a soft spot for sports vision, and loves exploring her home province of Nova Scotia.

From Edmundston, New Brunswick, Andre earned his Doctor of Optometry from the Université de Montréal in 1992 and is a past president of the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists. You'll most often find him at our Bridgewater office. Away from the clinic, he loves cooking, music, and walking Nova Scotia's beaches with his family.

A Nova Scotian from Enfield, Karley studied at Mount Saint Vincent University and the University of Waterloo. She's passionate about managing dry eye and fitting specialty contact lenses, and warmly welcomes new patients.
