Does this sound familiar?

Dry eye happens when your eyes aren't making enough tears, or the tears they make aren't doing their job. It's incredibly common — and more than just a nuisance. You might notice:

  • Stinging, burning, or a gritty, scratchy feeling
  • Redness, or eyes that water for no clear reason
  • Sensitivity to light
  • Blurry vision that comes and goes
  • Trouble wearing contacts, working at a screen, or driving at night

Left alone, ongoing dry eye can affect the surface of your eye and your comfort day to day — so it's worth getting to the bottom of.

Our approach

Dry eye has a few different causes, so we start by finding yours. A dry eye assessment looks at how many tears you produce and how good their quality is, with imaging of the eye's surface and the glands behind your lids. That gives us a clear baseline — and a personalized plan, rather than a one-size-fits-all bottle of drops.

Dry eye is usually a chronic condition, so it can take a little time to bring into balance. We'll check in along the way and adjust as we go.

Treatments we offer

Depending on what's behind your dry eye, your plan might include simple at-home steps, prescription drops, or in-office treatments:

Everyday care

Preservative-free artificial tears, eyelid hygiene, and small lifestyle adjustments for screens and environment.

Prescription eye drops

To calm inflammation and help your eyes make healthier tears.

LipiFlow

Gentle warmth and pressure that clears blocked oil glands in your eyelids — often the root of stubborn dry eye.

ABMax

A soft, spinning brush that cleans the lid margins, helping your glands get back to producing a healthy tear film.

Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT)

Light-based therapy that helps reduce inflammation around the eyes.
